ASIC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASIC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASIC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDE4C, SPCS1, and TNP1. Each is linked with ASIC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASIC4-to-partner and partner-to-ASIC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDE4C grouped by ASIC4-low versus ASIC4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASIC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASIC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
