ASIC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASIC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,695 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASIC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCAMP5, SYN1, and CLSTN2. Each is linked with ASIC2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASIC2-to-partner and partner-to-ASIC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASIC2 versus SCAMP5 in PAAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASIC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASIC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
