ASIC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASIC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,681 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASIC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANP, CIDECP1, and RNU6-440P. Each is linked with ASIC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASIC2-to-partner and partner-to-ASIC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BANP grouped by ASIC2-low versus ASIC2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASIC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASIC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
