ASIC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASIC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASIC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDHX, PSMD9, and PBK. Each is linked with ASIC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASIC1-to-partner and partner-to-ASIC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDHX grouped by ASIC1-low versus ASIC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASIC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASIC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
