Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASH2LP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,975 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASH2LP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein ubiquitination, Protein polyubiquitination, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with ASH2LP2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASH2LP2-to-partner and partner-to-ASH2LP2 results are reported.
