ASH2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASH2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,574 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASH2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAK16, ERLIN2, and GOLGA7. Each is linked with ASH2L in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASH2L-to-partner and partner-to-ASH2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASH2L versus MAK16 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASH2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASH2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
