ASH2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASH2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,955 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASH2L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSD3, PLPBP, and BAG4. Each is linked with ASH2L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASH2L-to-partner and partner-to-ASH2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASH2L versus NSD3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASH2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASH2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
