ASH2L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASH2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,239 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASH2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB31, BRF2, and CTSC. Each is linked with ASH2L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASH2L-to-partner and partner-to-ASH2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASH2L versus RAB31 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASH2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASH2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
