ASH2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASH2L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASH2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, 14-3-3_beta, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ASH2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASH2L-to-partner and partner-to-ASH2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by ASH2L-low versus ASH2L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASH2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASH2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
