ASH2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASH2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASH2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are C10orf53, DEFB123, and KRTAP13-4. Each is linked with ASH2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASH2L-to-partner and partner-to-ASH2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C10orf53 grouped by ASH2L-low versus ASH2L-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASH2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASH2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
