ASH1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASH1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,114 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASH1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are GON4L, CEP350, and SETDB1. Each is linked with ASH1L in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASH1L-to-partner and partner-to-ASH1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASH1L versus GON4L in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASH1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASH1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
