ASF1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASF1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,333 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASF1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDAC2, CDC40, and SCAF8. Each is linked with ASF1A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASF1A-to-partner and partner-to-ASF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASF1A versus HDAC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
