Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASF1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,028 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, SYNCRIP, and OIP5. Each is linked with ASF1A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASF1A-to-partner and partner-to-ASF1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASF1A versus VRK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
