Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASF1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Ku80, and SLC1A5. Each is linked with ASF1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASF1A-to-partner and partner-to-ASF1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by ASF1A-low versus ASF1A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
