ASCL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,521 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4672, UBE2FP2, and M6PRP1. Each is linked with ASCL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCL1-to-partner and partner-to-ASCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4672 grouped by ASCL1-low versus ASCL1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
