ASCC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASCC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,315 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIP4, ASCC1, and ASCC2. Each is linked with ASCC3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCC3-to-partner and partner-to-ASCC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASCC3 versus TRIP4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASCC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASCC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
