ASCC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASCC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,441 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF3C6, STKLD1, and FRY. Each is linked with ASCC3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCC3-to-partner and partner-to-ASCC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASCC3 versus GTF3C6 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASCC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASCC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
