Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASCC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,910 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA alkylation repair, Ribosome disassembly, and 7-methylguanosine mRNA capping. Each is linked with ASCC3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCC3-to-partner and partner-to-ASCC3 results are reported.
