Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASCC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,281 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASCC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFUS, SLC52A2, and CYC1. Each is linked with ASCC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCC3-to-partner and partner-to-ASCC3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASCC3 versus GFUS in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
