Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASCC3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,682 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAPPA, SPEG, and CACNA1A. Each is linked with ASCC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCC3-to-partner and partner-to-ASCC3 results are reported.
