ASB16-AS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB16-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,395 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB16-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNRG, ZNF32-AS2, and ZNF213-AS1. Each is linked with ASB16-AS1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB16-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ASB16-AS1 results are reported.
