Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB15-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,442 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASB15-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PNN_S658, SYNC, and SYNC_S325. Each is linked with ASB15-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB15-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ASB15-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASB15-AS1 versus PNN_S658 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB15-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB15-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
