ASB11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,510 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, MIR548AL, and KDM5DP1. Each is linked with ASB11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB11-to-partner and partner-to-ASB11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P32 grouped by ASB11-low versus ASB11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
