ASB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,380 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ILKAP, DIS3L2, and ABI2_S227. Each is linked with ASB1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB1-to-partner and partner-to-ASB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASB1 versus ILKAP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
