ASB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,474 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC5, FLAD1, and ARTN. Each is linked with ASB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB1-to-partner and partner-to-ASB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASB1 versus WFDC5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
