ASB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,207 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, RNU6-1144P, and ATP5PBP2. Each is linked with ASB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB1-to-partner and partner-to-ASB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by ASB1-low versus ASB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
