ASAP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASAP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,347 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMP3, ISM1, and PDGFRL. Each is linked with ASAP3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAP3-to-partner and partner-to-ASAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASAP3 versus TIMP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
