Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARVCF Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARVCF data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ARVCF Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARVCF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.

BLCA, LUAD, and THCA are the cancer types where ARVCF Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
