ART5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ART5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,147 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ART5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR2C, LRP4_S1887, and COL16A1. Each is linked with ART5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ART5-to-partner and partner-to-ART5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ART5 versus POLR2C in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ART5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ART5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
