ART4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ART4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,472 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ART4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTGDS, FHL5, and C7. Each is linked with ART4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ART4-to-partner and partner-to-ART4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ART4 versus PTGDS in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ART4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ART4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
