ART4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ART4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,300 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ART4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP9-4, RNA5SP160, and RNU6-1274P. Each is linked with ART4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ART4-to-partner and partner-to-ART4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP9-4 grouped by ART4-low versus ART4-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ART4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ART4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
