ART4

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ART4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ART4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, JNK_pT183_Y185, and JNK2. Each is linked with ART4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ART4-to-partner and partner-to-ART4 results are reported.
