ART3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ART3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,576 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ART3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PER1, KMT5A, and NR2C2AP. Each is linked with ART3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ART3-to-partner and partner-to-ART3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PER1 grouped by ART3-low versus ART3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ART3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ART3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
