Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ART1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ART1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher ART1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ART1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, HNSC, and GBM are the cancer types where ART1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
