ART1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ART1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 151 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ART1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACIN1, TLDC2, and DHODH. Each is linked with ART1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ART1-to-partner and partner-to-ART1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ART1 versus ACIN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ART1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ART1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
