ART1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ART1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 350 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ART1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-993P, MIR4666B, and OR5D17P. Each is linked with ART1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ART1-to-partner and partner-to-ART1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-993P grouped by ART1-low versus ART1-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ART1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ART1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
