ART1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ART1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ART1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Adipocytes, Astrocytes, and naive B-cells. Each is linked with ART1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ART1-to-partner and partner-to-ART1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Adipocytes grouped by ART1-low versus ART1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ART1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ART1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
