Across TCGA cell cohorts, ART1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 370 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ART1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lipid translocation, D-ribose metabolic process, and Sertoli cell development. Each is linked with ART1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ART1-to-partner and partner-to-ART1 results are reported.
