Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARSK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARSK data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ARSK Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARSK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

SKCM, HNSC, and SARC are the cancer types where ARSK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
