ARSK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,164 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VIL1, PPIF, and SCAMP1. Each is linked with ARSK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSK-to-partner and partner-to-ARSK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARSK versus VIL1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSK→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
