ARSK

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSK-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with ARSK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSK-to-partner and partner-to-ARSK results are reported.
