ARSJ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSJ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUTP8, RPS10P21, and ARPC4. Each is linked with ARSJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSJ-to-partner and partner-to-ARSJ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUTP8 grouped by ARSJ-low versus ARSJ-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
