Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSJ mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are Shc_pY317, Notch1, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with ARSJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSJ-to-partner and partner-to-ARSJ results are reported.
