ARSI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,255 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSI-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02451, OR51V1, and EIF3JP1. Each is linked with ARSI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSI-to-partner and partner-to-ARSI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSI→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
