ARSF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,274 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HEATR1, PPP1R12C, and RRP12. Each is linked with ARSF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSF-to-partner and partner-to-ARSF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARSF versus HEATR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
