Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,999 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARSF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAD2L2, RAB33A, and SLC39A8. Each is linked with ARSF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSF-to-partner and partner-to-ARSF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARSF versus MAD2L2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
