Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,286 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, RNU6-731P, and POLDIP3. Each is linked with ARSF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSF-to-partner and partner-to-ARSF results are reported.
