Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSF-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Annexin-1, and JNK2. Each is linked with ARSF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSF-to-partner and partner-to-ARSF results are reported.
