Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARSF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSF-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM9, PCARE, and OR5P3. Each is linked with ARSF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSF-to-partner and partner-to-ARSF results are reported.
