Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,401 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARSA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SET, FANCI, and CENPO. Each is linked with ARSA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSA-to-partner and partner-to-ARSA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARSA versus SET in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
